The product

ApplyFlow is a job outreach helper. You create templates and contacts, send email through your connected Gmail account, and track replies in the portal. Features may change as the product evolves.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and use ApplyFlow only for lawful outreach.

Email & compliance

You send mail as yourself through your connected Gmail account. You must follow applicable email, spam, and privacy laws and respect recipient preferences. ApplyFlow is not responsible for the content of messages you choose to send.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service: no unauthorized access, malware, harassment, or bulk sending that violates provider or legal rules. We may suspend accounts that put the service or others at risk.

Availability

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Delivery depends on Google Gmail and your account connection.

Limitation

ApplyFlow is provided as-is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the product, including failed deliveries or missed replies.
